It is a way of life.  A practice.

 What does it mean to be a leader
In myself
In my family
In a workshop/program
In my business
In my neighborhood
In my spiritual community?

 It is a fractal pattern
of concentric rings

Being a leader
doesn’t mean
Doing everything right
It means being willing
To learn and grow and deepen.
It means being willing
To own my shit
And see myself with clarity.

Welcoming my emotions
Watching my thoughts
Consciousness exploration
Inner healing work
Choosing to learn and harvest and grow with each experience
Being with ALL aspects of the self
Being trustworthy to my self
Choosing to be present
Learning how to offer my gifts
Developing my gifts
Living with vision and passion
Choosing to create the life you want
Cultivating healthy relationships
